The PG Department of English of Khalsa College for Women,
Sidhwan Khurd organized a Literary Quiz Competition on March
11, 2026 .The contest covered major epochs of history of English
literature. Four teams A, B, C and D participated in this Quiz. The
incharges of the programme Mr. Javid Ahmad and Miss Suman
Rani posed the questions and the participants answered
enthusiastically. Team B secured first position and Team D stood
second, Team C won third place and consolation prize went to Team
A. Principal, Dr. Satinder Kaur congratulated all the winners and
faculty of English Department for organizing this event. On this
occasion Dr. Navdip Kaur, HoD of PG Department of History and
faculty of other Departments was also present. The winners were
felicitated. Dr. Gagandeep Dharni, HoD PG Department of English
proposed the formal vote of thanks.
